Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast is served daily from 8am to 9.30am.
Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast to kick off a day of adventure exploring the hidden treasures of Fuerteventura or simply start the day with energy. When staying at our boutique hotel, breakfast is included every day of your stay.
Please note that, in order to maintain service quality and comply with health regulations, it is not permitted to remove food or drinks from the buffet.
Swimming pool with solarium
Relaxation is synonymous with a day at our outdoor pool. At Hotel Boutique Rosario Martín, you can enjoy the sun, a good book, or simply the soothing sounds of nature.
Our freshwater swimming pool will be open every day from 10am to 6pm.

Restaurant
Do you fancy a great meal without leaving the hotel? If you are looking for a great lunch or dinner in total comfort, come to our restaurant, specialising in grilled meats and rice dishes. It’s the perfect plan to recharge your batteries after spending the day by the pool or exploring the island.
Opening hours: Open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. (Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
Bar-Café La Tahona
Your spot to enjoy a drink and a quiet bite to eat. For those times of the day when you feel like something more casual or a hassle-free snack, our bar-café is the perfect place. You can come by for a great coffee, order tasty sandwiches, or share some light bites while enjoying a beer or a soft drink.
Opening hours: Open from Thursday to Tuesday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM non-stop. (Closed on Wednesdays).
Cleaning service
We will clean your room five times a week. Towels will be changed twice a week, and sheets once a week.
